BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT
Preparing For Our Visit
1. Please pick up small items and everyday clutter from counters, tables and floors in the areas being cleaned. The less time we spend tidying, the more time we spend actually cleaning.

2. Please put away valuables, cash, jewelry and sensitive documents before we arrive. It protects you and our team both.
3. Please let us know how we will get in, whether that is a key, a lockbox, a door code, or you being home, and where our team should park.
4. Please tell us if any rooms are off limits or if there are areas you would like us to prioritize. We will follow your list exactly.
5. Computer equipment, china cabinets, antique and fragile pieces will not be moved. Let us know what you would rather we clean around entirely.
6. During the walk-through, please point out anything our team should handle carefully, including weak legs, loose tops, or previous repairs.

7. Please let us know about any spots, stains or problem areas that may require special attention.

8. Please put your pets in a safe, quiet place where our cleaning will not disturb them and where they cannot run outside.

9. If anyone in the home has allergies or sensitivities, or you prefer we use specific products, tell us in advance and we will plan around it.

10. Kids find our equipment fascinating. For safety, please keep a close eye on them while we are there, and keep them clear of cleaning products in use.
